This was on slowtwitch forum.  Reminded me of thread last week about how to know when you pushed to hard in a sprint tri.

We've decided it's somewhat hardcore. Hardcore would have been ripping the other shoe off so the gait would be even.

But that's perfect pacing, throwing up ON the finish line.

For those wondering - 48/200 OA, 7/13 AG. 375m swim, 10k bike, 2.5k run.
Splits:
375m swim : 10:30
10k bike : 25:50
2.5k run : 12:19

no transition times given.

Maybe he has one leg shorter than the other and wearing one shoe did make the gait even....

HAHAHA you can even see your shoulders arching getting ready, and that look on your face is priceless.

As far as the pic goes I looked at the guys finish time before i looked at the guy.
