I have no problems with this list  Chucky, nothing would make me happier than to see USC play Iowa in the Rose Bowl. This is for two reasons: 1. To show how over-rated USC really is. 2. To bring the Rose Bowl back to the tradition of being Big Ten vs. PAC 10. |

So last year's romp on Oklahoma and the romp on Michigan the year before showed just how overrated they were? c'mon, give props where props are due. Don't be a hater. 2. I agree, and Cal got screwed last year, so the Pac 10 couldn't represent. Michigan, didn't help preserve the tradition by losing to Texas. What the hell does Texas have to do with the Rose bowl? |

Have to go to the Athlon ratings to find Iowa in top 5...Tennessee #2, without a quarterback (or more appropriately with 2 half-quarterbacks)...a lot of teams surprised by Drew Tate last year...they may have a few surprises for his happy feet this year...whoever takes care of business OCT 22 wins the big 10...They've never given the title away in June, as far as I know, and there is unfortunately a strong likelihood that the Big 10 champ doesn't go to pasadena anyways...tough to get out of that conference without a loss...I'd be real suspect of a poll that ranks Tennessee 2 and FSU 5, when neither has a QB...BTW Hawkeye, went to Iowa City two years ago to watch the game, beautiful town, great stadium (seatbacks, what a great idea Michigan stadium only has bleachers)...too bad Navarre ruined the whole weekend for me...and what was Carr doing calling roll out punts!!
