Subject: RE: Hearts - February ChallengeHey Team! I did my first challenge this month, and am loving it! So I'm back for more ![Smile Smile](../jscripts/tiny_mce3.2.3/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-smile.gif) I'm training for my first marathon in April and my first half-ironman in July. Marathon training's going well, and I'm ready to kick it up a notch by adding cycling back into my weekly schedule (haven't been on the bike since August - whoops! ) SO! My love goal will be to bike 10 hours in February. The bike is definitely my weakest sport by far, and I'd definitely like to get better at it! I'm borrowing a trainer from a friend this month to see if I want to buy my own. . . and since this time of year is cold & icy here in Chicago, that will probably be the only way to get my bike time in! Other goals I'm tracking: 100 miles run 6 hours strength training 4 yoga classes |
