Post some goals (I'll post mine soon) and what weighting you'll give to each. For instance, this is a run-focused month, so I'll probably weight it .5 and weight swimming and biking .25 a piece. If you have problems with injury on, say, the bike, you might weight that a little lower since you may have to curtail your activity in that arena. |
