Subject: RE: TEAM SKINNY - June a marriage of weight and goal (June2010)Cool. I'm new here so I'll give you a little background. I've been up & down with weight since I can remember. I didn't get really heavy until after I had 2 kids. 2 weeks after my 2nd son was born, I weighted in at 236 lbs (I'm a 5'4 woman ). I didn't like the direction I was headed, so I joined weight watcher & over the course of year got down to 157lbs. Then (surprise! ) I found out I was pregnant again. I had a beautiful girl, but I gained about 50lbs with this pregnancy (ouch! ) So, I started losing the weight again and am now at 176lbs. I've hit a bit of a plateau and need to start getting serious again about my eating. I just finished my firt sprint tri and am looking to do 2 more this year and a HM in Dec. Looking forward to motivating and being motivated with this group. |
