Anyone from the Midwest or East ever had Caribou Coffee. The reason I ask. A young lady from my old home town use to work there back in the beginning, but she passed away from breast cancer and they had some special coffee sold for her. Proceeds went to the National Breast Cancer foundation. Just thinking about ordering some online.
If I read that article correctly, Caribou coffee is financed by an Islamic bank. Not a terrorist organization. And, in fact, the bank is trying to make sure that its charitable donations are NOT affiliated with terrorists. Shame on us if we boycott a business just because it is connected with a religion and tries to follow that religion's principles. Everyone should make sure they have the facts straight before any boycott.
Yeah I just recently had it. I was in Chicago this past weekend. Mmmm good. I also had my first Chipotle. That was good. also. Though I hear it is in NYC now. Still waiting for it to come out to the island.
