Expert  666    St. Thomas, ON |  Subject: August Challenge CentralOk, I'm stepping up as facilitator for the August Challenge. Rules will be the same as the July tri challenge. Eveyone sets goals for swim, bike & run. We'll make the core/strength workouts as an opt-in goal. Scoring will be average completion across all three (or four) goals, each goal only counting up to 100%. Goals can be in time or distance (core/strength we'll have to work out; perhaps # of sessions?) As far as teams, I'm thinking it might be less of a headache to do teams along the same lines as the July challenge. Team Yuengling has expressed a desire to stay together. If there's consensus, we can keep the same teams, adding and removing participants as needed to get the 10 teams as even as possible. |
