Hey team Goulies!!!  I'm an original Goulie but I missed the challenge this year.  I'm glad to be back on a team!

My name is Tracy.  I've been doing these challenges for several years.  I'm looking forward to getting to know my teamies!!!!

I will be running 58 miles and cycling 75 miles this month.

Hey,  I'm happy to be a Ghoulish Gal!   My name is Erica, this is my first challenge since the winter when I was injured.  Then I went back to school full time, got suckered into being an assistant Cub Scout Leader for both of my sons dens (1st grade and 2nd grade) along with all the other activities that go along with three children.   I have finally figured out how to balance training, school and family (I hope) so I am back at it! 

My goals are still a bit undetermined but will consist of a run, bike and swim goal at least.  Looking forward to a fun month!

I haven't done a challenge before.  Right now I am trying to get back into school which is funny since all growing up I couldn't wait to be out of school.  I have two dogs and work for myself right now.  I should be a bit slow this month so can train and walk dogs.  I will firm up my goals today and then stick with it.
Nice to meet everyone (even if that isn't a very Ghouly thing to say)

Hey Teamies. I am Robin. I have been in these challenges ALOT. Glad to see new and original Ghouls this month. I am firming up my goals but one is to do something every day. I'll figure them out after today. LOTS going on in my neck of the woods today.

FWIW, I will not be anywhere near as chatty as last month. I have tons to catch up on in the personal life, training life, work life and I am actually taking a week off this month!!!! (To go to Fla for my HM).

Good Morning, Ghouls!  I am Dee  (not to be confused with taser-Dee Smile)

I will have a run/jog goal for sure since I am starting a 1/2 marathon plan.  I have been doing the challenges for a year which is also when I began s/b/r.  I did two sprints this summer, along with a duathlon, and a 5k and a 10k.  Looking forward to more to come!

Hi Everyone!  I am Karen, AKA momandmd (guess what I do?)

I haven't done a challenge in a year or so, so this is a good way to get me off my butt!  I did a couple sprints this summer, but I really want to move up to olys next year, so I know I have to work on my base and consistency, and lose the 10 pounds that are slowing me down.

I also did my first marathon this weekend, so my goals will be a bit light. I'll sort those out tomorrow or the next day. I just need to not drop off the workout wagon in the name of *recovery.*

I have a doberman and a min pin.  I am trying to be the athlete my doberman would like me to be.  I just can't run fast enough or far enough for him.  He need to go run with a cross country team. 
So my goals are big for me.

run  3 times a week
do the cross fit cardio/strength training in the gym 3 times a week
I will take the 7th day for rest or to finish sewing Christmas projects.

Not a fan of the gym or running so it is a good thing we are doing the challengeSmile   Now that it is out there it has to get done.

Hey team! Just finished a swim. I think my plan for Nov more or less follows as : 4x swim week, 3-4x bike, 3x strength and starting after Remebrance Day 3-4x running. I'll have that all somewhat quantified better in the next few days when I get my off-season/re-entry/IM schedule figured out. I have a swim meet on 13-14th this month and another at the beginning of Dec. (I went back to swim with my old club I trained with in HS)..I have my Obs/Gyn/Uro final at the end of the month too so I have to get time management thing down for this month! Haha. When to study/when to train?

What a gorgeous beast!!!! The running pic is hilarious.

I plan to breed Labradobies here. The ultimate everything, including affection and goof, machine. Only not the ultimate couch potato. I don't know, though ... I've seen some pretty fat Labs and one Dobie we had was a TOTAL couch tater. The only 'activity' he liked was fishing. Mainly because that only involved standing around in water and waiting for a fish to go by to grab it. He had to be pretty quick, though.

Sleep? What's that? I'm basically just a bionic person...shhh...don't let the WTC know. Haha. (Truth be told I sleep more than most. In fact, I'm heading to sleep now for a solid 8.5-9hrs and I only have a half day tomorrow, so I will come home and do some school work and have a nap before going to practice tomorrow night! Yaaaay sleeeeeeping! Going to have a rough time in clerkship...haha ) see ya around tomorrow!
