December "Don't be a Fruitcake" Challenge!

Your goal this month is to avoid "Fruitcake" status. (Ie: meet your goals and avoid being a Fruitcake.)

You can set goals in ONE to FOUR activities.
If you fall behind in one goal, you can make it up in another. (Ex: 0% Swim + 200% Run is still 100% Overall)

You will need to enter the following information to logon:
email address: [email protected]
password: challengeforum

If you can't access the spreadsheet:
Scroll to the bottom, and look at the bottom right corner. If it says, "edit this page," click that link and enter the info above.

The Challenge will begin on the first day of the month, and end on the last.

In the event of injury/illness, you may revise your goals or request to be dropped from the challenge.
If you achieve 100% of your goal before the month is over, you may raise your goal.

I'm in. I'm going to need something to help me stay focused in December and I can't slack off if I'm going to do that marathon in the spring.

I'm keeping the Monday and Wednesday interval rides & the Sunday long ride, but swapping out the others for runs.

This way I get good interval training and get myself used to being in the saddle for extended times and I don't abandon running entirely this winter.

Finally figured out my goals...  my "other" sessions will most likely be swimming.  But if I can get ice skating or a family football game or something like that this month, I'd rather spend the time doing that!
