I am tracking my food and workouts on BT (have been for about a year ). I am toying with the idea of using a new diet plan, but for now, just trying to get back to healthy eating on a daily basis with a goal of 400-600 calorie deficit ( about 300 calorie deficit from food and 300 calories of working out ). Days I go longer, I will eat more. |
