Actually she does not tri...... she is not too fond of the bike's small sitting surface.. .... she does lots of kick boxing and yoga.... she is also a marathon runner...

My boyfriend of almost 4 years...my cheering section...my bike mechanic..my diabetes coach..my reality check and my security blanket, the man I love more than anything. And my sorority sisters, the sisters of Tau Delta sorority, who support me in every crazy adventure, and are there with the band aids when I need them, and without their support and crazy antics, I would not have survived college. These are so sweet you guys! What a great thread.

Unfortunately I got into this sport due to an ending relationship! My ex supported my marathon training but he thought I would stop after one...

Now, here are my training partners, the people who I race with and keep me moving!

My kids are my inspiration. Here they are after a bike ride where we got soaked. We all, including my wife, were wet, tired, and laughing so hard it hurt.

As I said on another post once, for my wife and me: Our vision that keeps us focused on diet and exercise is that we both want to play tag with our grandchildren - and win.
