Subject: RE: 8.29.11 Happy Monday!Last night: 6 miles: first 3 1/2, running steady, next mile, run some, walk a little, Galloway style, last 1 1/2 mile, walk. Total "running", 4.5 miles; total distance covered, 6 miles. My asthma got me at about mile 4. Really p!$$es me off too! I've been going to doctors, getting tested and treated for about 2 years, and I'm not all that much further ahead than I was 2 years ago! ![Yell Yell](/discussion/jscripts/tiny_mce3.4b3/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-yell.gif) This morning: Stretching and ST. Tonight: God willing, short run. I just saw a physical therapist (a runner!) for my (right) rotator cuff injury. A month of PT; no swimming, pushups, planks, cycling or presses. For ST, only curls, core and lower. For cardio, only running. I guess this is a chance to "get my running s**t together". |
