I get to do a fitness test next week....Are these that accurate and tell what my MHR should be...I'm getting very psyched....although he said if I fail , then they will shoot me with dye in the groin to see where the clogged arteries are????

I just got scheduled for a Nuclear Stress Test myself today.  I am having it on the 29th of the month.  I too am hoping to get my max heart rate out of it, also maybe my LT as well.
