probably shoulda started out a bit slower, maybe 7:30? then try to pick up the pace at the end. but i am very pleased with the overall time.

Warm down:

walked to car to put more clothes on.

Event comments:

i really tried to push the pace and keep it there, not freak out that i was going too fast. i would've liked to have the pace be a little more even, wish i could get that first mile back and see if i could hold a 7:20 through the race. i'll push for that in my next 5K. i will post overall results when i get them. overall boys and girls 108/521 just girls 22/217 overall AG 2/39
