Anyone Want to continue into Novemburr with a Run Focus challenge?

Similar to the October Challenge

Some parameters:

#1 - 50% mileage bonus for races , if you race a 10K you can enter 15k in your log, or 1.5 sessions. Posting race pix on thread is encouraged .
#2 - You chose your mileage/time/days of running
#3 - if going with mileage/time limit it to a 10% increase from the previous month's
run total max. It is a run challenge, but we want everyone to be able to keep
training all winter long with no overuse injuries
#4 - The total will be percentage of goal met since we have other options available besides
distance
#5 - Team bantering is expected and could be rewarded with bonuses - we will most likely keep it
to one thread instead of teams, unless the majority decides in favor of team threads
#6 - We will run through the Google Documents as usual for challenges - same log in and
password as previous challenges
#7 - We are open to suggestions.
#8 - We accept bribes

Lets get ready to Run !

#8 - We accept bribes

So the next question is: How big a bribe is needed?

Depends if it's on race day, whereas it's 50% more.

I'm in! I've got lots of running to do anyway, and I love the company. I've also have two races coming up, so I like the bonus idea.

My first attempt at a spreadsheet can be found on the usual online location

Please add the details of your challenge that you have decided
By posting your running plans to the group here you get a a little closer
to accomplishing them. Also you will need to make your training logs
visible to others . So your team mates can check on your progress and encourage you
to success or cheer you up if you have setback.

Your Running goal can be mileage , sessions , km or even time . Personally
i am looking to loose weight , get faster and to PR at the longer distances.
Revisit the spreadsheet to enter your workout
when you complete a workout or race .

Hmmm... I'm not sure what team I should be on... my house is in Mountain, but I'm living in my RV 95% of the time, which is currently in Pacific. I'm leaning towards Pacific, but my BT location does say MT???
