Veteran  112  Gardner KS (near Kansas City) |  Subject: Anyone train naked?A few times I have ran or biked or swam without a Hr monitor or odometer or clock and it really reminded me of the joy of physical movement, no racing myself, no other goal than enjoying the moment and activity - How about ya'll, once in while do you "train naked" - I do have T-sirts if your interesed. I know... I KNOW...this thread is usless witout photos... |

But really, I do agree there are times when I ride just to enjoy and I don't feel like a mouse on a spin wheel anymore. I actually get to see the changing color of the leaves, the way the sun sets or rises, how fast it feels when you look a bit to the sides, how it makes me feel like a kid again when I rode to..........ride. |

Since I don't OWN a HRM, in this context, I do all of my workouts "unencumbered" Now I'm kind enough to put on a pair of shorts when I use our elliptical trainer. I recently purchased a pair of jammers for swimming (was wearing trunks). I don't normally run or bike without shirt, shorts, and shoes on. Pictures wouldn't do a thing. |

Totally awesome. I'm jealous. I love swimming nudy-booty. It's really thrilling and feels so good! I took my top off during my long-run last weekend; ran in my sports bra (and shorts, before you pervs go there). It's still not what you guys get to experience when you go shirtless but it was really nice to have the wind on my exposed skin. |

Regular 64 | Subject: RE: Anyone train naked? A bit personal but Yes. I never wear a heart rate monitor anymore as a mater of fact due to a really bad reaction to the strap under my ta ta's. Every now and then I even leave the watch at home especially on a run and just enjoy the air. I used to hate running so it's nice to be able to enjoy it now. Sabrina |
