Lost-Powerful television...

I LOVE that show!  Total addict.  I had to go out and buy Season 1 so I could make sure I didn't miss anything! 

On the extra disc of the season discs....they mention that they have enough of a storyline for 5-6 seasons!  woo hoo!

My problem too, Steph. I'm also going to start taping the episodes so I can watch them (again, if need be) at my convenience.

There are several, well-visited websites out there that only seek to test your powers of observation. Of course, there are folks there that see what isn't there.

Last season, where did Ethan Rom come from?  and why did he kidnap that pg girl?

Ethan was already on the island....I assume he is part of the "others" but as to why he kidnapped Claire (other than the fact that she was pregnant) I have no idea! 

Wednesdays are awesome!  It does amaze me how much detail goes into the show.  LOTS of detail

Good points but you have to remember that even though the show is in its second season, they have only been on the island for around 50 days. Plus they ate airplane food for a few days and now its fruit and fish. Then they got a bunch of canned food from the silo.

 I guess he might have lost 20 -30 lbs and you probably couldnt tell. He is pretty good size.

I have a friend who is more into Lost than is healthy I, and she maintains there is no wasted dialogue, no wasted detail.

The confession conversation between Ana Luca and Sayaed....I thought in an earlier episode that he said he as just a communications guy in the Iraqi army,  but than last nite he said he did things to people that still hears their cries in his head?  Or something like that....   So, He might have been a baddy bad guy in Saddams regime?

Happy reunions last nite at the end.

Dude, do you even watch the show? We know from flashbacks that Sayid's duties as "communications officer" included interogation through torture. He was assigned to interrogate Nadia (childhood friend and love interest?) and ultimately to execute her, but instead helped her escape. We also know that he tortured Sawyer when the survivors thought he was hiding Shannon's inhaler. This is what he is referring to in his conversation with Ana Lucia.
