Subject: RE: What is your current training playlist?I'm with Wookie for the most part. I listen to music while weight training, but I find it hard to listen to music and get into that semi-trancelike running zone. It seems almost like sacrilege to intentionally block out the sounds around me (I'm lucky enough to have local trails and a quiet town to run in, though-if I lived in a busy city I might not keep this attitude for long ).
