The March Hare Madness , find ways to get your inner hare loose (ie go fast) and hair in a mess by swimming , cycling and running . You set the goals.
Bonus distance for bricks , combo double workouts and of course multi sport races. Pictures of your hair post workout and before shower encouraged . (baldies exempt)

Swim goal and progress
Bike goal and progress
Run goal and progress
BRICK, Double Wkout, Multisport race, etc.

For the "Brick" column, do you just want to the number that you've done? Or do you want to make it a goal? (For example, the goal is to do 5 bricks during the month, etc.)

I would just keep it there as a way to keep track . I know during my first race of every season i wish i had done more open water swims and bricks . Nothing like a early race to get you motivated, in the swing of things and help focus training.

I would like to play - the first two days of March haven't had any run or bike in them. I have found I can push off my bike. I am traveling the middle two weeks of the month and have family in the last week so I need to plan to follow.

Set goals of 10 bike sessions and 12 run sessions. Traveling the next two weeks for work, and then family in town the last week of the month. Hopefully this will keep me moving in the right direction.
