I did 40 minutes on Friday, and 2.5 hours on Sat.  That's a total of 230 minutes, or 3.83 hours.  17.59% done!

2 hours - all on Sunday so I could post something here!!  Thus goals are a help; I do SOMETHING if only at the last minute.

The bike was easy; the getting out the door excrutiating!! ie. flat tire, couldn't find socks, where is the sunscreen, it is now late and hot etc, etc.

 13 hours to go!

Nice job you guys!  I had a great weekend (for me) but am kinda embarrassed to report my measly 20 miles! I did make it a brick though by following it up with a 2 mile run.

Only 35 min for me last week; doing only the swim part of the tri cut down on my bike time; I should be able to do much more this week.

Oh, I hear ya!  Why does it take FOREVER to get out the door for a ride, but I can get up and get ready for work and be in the car in less than 20 minutes?

Bought new sunscreen this weekend as we barely had enough to cover the both of us... and I have the sunburn to prove that I didn't really get "enough".  Let the tri-clothing-multi-tan lines begin!

1:51 for me, a little lighter than I wanted this week. So I've got 13 hours and 9 minutes to go - we'll see how much I can do this week!

It took me forever to get ready.  Between finding all my bike stuff, mixing up bottles, making sure I had everything to fix a flat, some money, cell phone, putting on sunblock, etc. I could have already been done with my ride.

BTW- not sure what type of sunscreen you  used, but I use Bull Frog and it works great!  I've never burned with that stuff!  It's awesome- its a gel type sunblock and evaporates fast, so it doesn't go on thick and it's not greasy.  I highly reocmmend it!  And it's waterproof!

32 miles for me.

The rules require us to report this all in our blog (or was it log?), and I'm not sure if I did that correctly. Would someone tell me how to make sure I have things in my log/blog? Thanks much!

Yes, naisqu, it shows up alright in your log.

62/600 mi

Only 62 miles for me this week but 56 of that was followed by 13.1 miles running. I knew I had this race and another on the 18th on the schedule when I set my goals. I did 22 today and have another probably 150 planned this week so I'll be in better shape at the next check in.

BTW, Max had an awesome day yesterday and is looking good for IM LP this year.
