Just wrote the workout, and my core session after: 400 fr, 6x100 drill/swim by 25, 300 pull/200kick warmup 16x50 pull, 100 backstroke EZ, 8x250 3-5-7 stroke breathing by 50 200 cooldown Getting into the brunt of my HIM New Orleans base training. Gunning for a 1:05/100m swim, 22mph sustained on the bike and an 8:00 min/mi for the run. Assuming 4min for transitions (which will probably be a bit much) that should put me just under 4:45  |
