We're hearing some rumors that the Gov and the Dem caucus think we are bluffing. Just to clarify for them, then...we're not a political company. We dont play political games. We've made our position very clear, very publicly. We would not survive lying to our customer base, nor would we ever consider it. If you pass this, we will leave, and you will own it. We've already got plans in place to get PMAG manufacturing moved rapidly, and the rest of the company will follow. We will make sure to at least have a small remain-behind operation through the 2014 elections so that we can remind folks why we are gone.

the State of Colorado and the Governor are more interested in encouraging green technology companies to move to the state than keeping an already existing one that is contributing to the states employment.  That and legalizing weed.  I'm in agreement on that part.

Throughout history, companies have moved due to changing laws, tax breaks, or other incentives/motivations.  Good for them if it's better for them to do business somewhere else.

Oh, nooooo!!!

I see you are new here.... but that's pretty funny.

They can do what they need to. I mean I agree with them, and it's fine to put your .02 cents in.. but obviously, if they think tools are killing people, then they don't care much about the tool factory.

And regardless what limit is set... Magpul is still going to make magazines.

Democrats exempted them from the bill so they can stay... and another Democrat told them "But you can still sell out of state".... so right, you feel too many bullets in a box is a danger to your community... but sell all the death boxes you want to the rest of the country. Complete B.S.

Where are they going to move if Congress passes a federal magazine ban? Mexico?

Nope, they'll do what a lot of places have already started to do with CA and NY. They'll not sell standard capacity magazines to the government, only the 10 rounders.
