My goal for the challenge/TdF: 7 sessions, 30 minutes per session (210 minutes total).  I'm doing this based on time per my training plan, so hopefully that works.

My goal is 21 sessions for a total of 250 miles. Two down, but I'm not making a lot of progress on the mileage, just shy of 25 miles so far.

Woo Hoo let's go team! My goal is 8 stages 100 miles. Seems small but considering i've only ridden my road bike twice in the last few months it's pretty challenging for me. I'm going to count my spin classes as one stage/12 miles since they last an hour and I actually average 15miles/hr when I ride. I think that's a fair estimate. I don't want to go by time because I am actually shooting to do most of my riding on the road and not in spin.

Lets ride!

Hello team! In for 600 miles over 18 stages. I'm off to a little bit of a slow start thanks to some mechanical issues on my last two rides but I have about 50 ish miles in over 2 stages.

So I'm in for 13 rides, 575 miles. This week is my yearly big bike week, so I should be getting in some good rides to start off. The weather isn't co-operating, as it looks to be super hot and maybe rainy, but I'll hammer away.

So far I've got 2 rides and 99.5 miles.

Hi All, just getting a chance to check in. I'm good for 13 rides and 400 miles. I'm training for IMWI so I've been riding alot. I raced an Oly tri yesterday so I'm counting that one, 1 down for 25 miles and 12 for 375 to go.

JoAnne once we have the spreadsheet up you'll be able to log your rides and miles there.

Good Afternoon Team.
Just to clarify, we are logging our rides on our usual training logs until the spreadsheets are done ?

Through Monday - 3 stages @ 86 miles
* I'm in for 21 stages @ 500 Miles.

Happy Independence Day!

Here's one for some team bragging rights: http://app.strava.com/activities/64744316

151.81 miles in 8 hours, 12 minutes. 6726 ft of elevation gain, nearly all of which was in the first 100 miles.

I've ridden everyday so far and this puts me at 276.6 miles.

Way to go, that's a pretty nice ride and some serious mileage and elevation!

I finally got another ride in the books today, 67 miles. I was hoping for a little more and got a late start so it will have to do. Looking to ride Friday and Saturday as well to bring that mileage up. So far 2 rides for 92 miles.

The boat was being tossed around. Someone noted that there were whitecaps on the waves. Another guy said, “This is going to be challenging.” I began to wonder what he meant by 'challenging'.
