Subject: Coach Questionnaire
Hello:

I am attempting to fill out the coaching questionnaire. When I get to page involving nutrition and fill it out, it will not allow me to advance and if I go back it does not save the data. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Try clearing your browser cache and going through it again.  If still no-go, let me know and I will push it along.

No luck, and I have tried it from a couple of different computers. It is hung up at the screen where it asks questions about your diet. Can't get past that one. Thank you for the help...

I went into your account and put some test stuff in the nutrition section and was able to move on.

See if you can go back, if not, copy and respond to those questions to me here or pm me and I will add them to the profile and push it through.

I will also tack on an extra week due to this.
