I'm in a similar boat. I'm 6'3" 195-205. I often wear size large shirts but the size large for de soto is a bit too small especially lengthwise( it pulled on my shoulders ). Size XL is just right- fits snug as it should but not too tight. Read their website for more sizing info

And size 35 waist and 42ish chest
