Goooooood morning BT!

4:15am:  30 minutes on the KK

5:45am:  60 minute run with 3x10 minute incline repeat

Followed up with some core work!

60min on trainer this morning. Following a new plan on Trainerroad - Sweetspot base. Intensity is up from the traditional base.

First morning workout in months. Good to get back to the routine.

Good morning, haven't replied to one of these in ages, about time I got back at it

Heading to the pool in a bit to knock out a mile.
After work I have a short 40 minute workout on the trainer with 6x 20 sec sprints.

1.75mi run with the dog, his longest yet since surgery.  Then bricked a 50min VO2max workout on the trainer.

Lunch time swim of 1400 yards that was a 400 wu followed by 10x100. 1st time I managed to hold all repeats under 1:50! I know, not fast for you fish out there but a good improvement for this anchor

Hit the trail and ran down through the lagoon and over broken hill trail to Flat Rock and then down to Mussel Rock and back. (8 Miles)

Gotta love Black's Beach this time of year as there was not one person out and I had the whole place to myself :D
