Good morning BT!

4:00am:  2:00 on the KK doing some hard work!

6:00am:  :20 minute run

I also got a great swim in yesterday afternoon out at Blue Lake.  Feeling good!

Headed off to bed!

AM 1:15 run with lots of tempo running. Ouch! Ridiculously hot, even at 5:10 AM.
PM: 35 minutes of strength stuff

Only three more days till spring break, and three more 4:30 mornings, at least for a while!

Afternoon all

I was going to run but the weather just sucks here today windy cold and wet, so I hit the gym and rode the spin bike for an hour instead.

Knocked out 2000m in the pool at lunch.

After work I will knock out an hour on the bike followed by a short run.

Had a lovely 3 mile twilight run with Mollypop, followed by some strength stuff, turned on some smooth jazz and made sweet love to the foam roller with my hips (just checking to see if you're still reading this)
