None of my kids medaled at the meet yesterday--Idaho has some fast runners! My fastest kid ran a 19:05 on a challenging course and finished 23rd out of 250...and this was JV! Have a great day! |

Watched some of my old students and swimmers in a MS and HS meet. One of my boys had to swim on the girls team in a (presumably non-scoring) relay. I was really proud of him for doing a strong effort in what must be a middle school boy's worst nightmare! |

Must be cool to watch them compete! 5:15am - 60 min power spin 9am - swam 1 mile at a local lake where my OLY will be this weekend. Nice to get in the water and test things out. Holy Hills though, gonna be some interesting biking - very steep climb coming right out of transition! Can't believe it's Oct. This month usual begins a whole lotta crazy for me and with the last 4 weeks of build for IMAZ, I'll either be in the loony bin or too tired to care :-)! Have a great day all! |

Member 1004 | Subject: RE: 10/1/15 Rabbit Rabbit Rabbit! I participated in the Terry Fox run. Then I went out and biked for 45 minutes. It was breezy and 11 degrees. I think my outdoor riding is nearing the end for this year. |
