Subject: Travel Insurance recommendations?

I need to have travel insurance for an upcoming group tour in Africa. The company requires 200,000 emergency medical evacuation and medical coverage (undefined), and I wouldn't mind the trip cancellation insurance.

I looked at "travelinsurance.com" and found some good options, but wondered if anyone had advice/anecdotes about companies they liked, things to watch out for, etc.   So far I like the travelinsurance.com site because they do show various legitimate ratings.   

Just curious if anyone had advice - thanks!

Just for your interest you could check out www.worldnomads.com 

My wife and I used it for a 3 month backpacking trip.  It seemed pretty good although we were lucky not to have any issues while away.

I think most recommend and offer some sort of travel insurance due to the high cost of the trips they offer. I'm not recommending the one in the link I posted, just using it as an example. Sounds amazing, please let us know how the trip turns out and post some photos!
