Subject: 10.4.16 Tuesday TrainingGood morning BT! 4:30am: :55 minute run: 1 mile WU/1X1K/1X2K/2X1K/400m RI between each. 5:30am: :40 minutes lower body/core Picture day ended up being just fine...I was too busy helping everyone get ready that I didn't have time to reflect on it being my daughter's senior picture! Jamie, I'd say the hair was more helmet head than beehive!  Cross country meet today...super flat course so I'm excited to see what my boys can do today! Have a great day all! |
