Something similar here with 4 minutes hard and 2 minute recovery, only (sob ) as this was a sprint-related workout, no Z2 or even Z3 was involved. Quite a way to wake up! About 1:10 total--had to cut the cool down a little short as I was running late--couldn't seem to get going this AM. For some reason my cats made a big ruckus at 2 AM (chase, knocking stuff over ) and I couldn't get back to sleep till about 3:15, then had to get up and hour later. Grrr....
Still packing. Took Rover, his box and tools, etc. to the shop to let them handle that part. Crazy, but I am going to take Rover and White Terror (roadie ) over there for baby-sitting before the move next week. I just do not want to keep track of movers, valuables, cats, AND two fragile bikes that really don't belong in a moving truck. Tank the MTB can go in the truck, or I can come back for him later (he lives down in the basement with everyone's motorbikes. )
Heading off to bed soon as need to swim early AM tomorrow. Good luck with those cannonballs!
