Subject: limited time for cyclingHello there,
I have limited training time and was wondering if there's a way to improve cycling fitness in this situation.
I normally train at lunch time (45-1 hour available time ), where I alternate the bike and run days....
The evenings are usually dedicated to swimming.
While I can easily improve my running fitness, I see very little improvement with cycling.
Even on weekends, it's difficult to find more than 2 hours available for some decent long distance bike ride.
and I do not have any plan to buy the contraption to cycle in the house...
Is there a way to maximize the cycling fitness with low mileage?
I am thinking of training at high intensity..., or increase the number of short rides throughout the week....
any experience, suggestions?
