Subject: 6.20.17 Tuesday TrainingGood morning BT! 5:30am: :50 minutes on the trainer, high cadence stuff 6:30am: :25 min run including 6X :30 hill sprints Now taking my daughters out to help them with their hill sprints. They're not quite as early risers as I am! Later: heading 110 miles west for some shopping and then hiking in Lamoille Canyon with a friend followed by a sushi dinner! Should be a great day!
