At my parents' new place outside of Boise. Sunny here too but COLD. I'm not even sure it's 20 right now. Heading out to check out local running possibilities when the sun gets a little warmer. Hoping to get in 32 minutes today if my body holds up. I got up and my Achilles is sore. I spent the last 24 hours on a plane and haven't run since Thursday. WTF? Have a great hike! |
