Subject: RE: 08.07.2019 Hump Day The only thing that was cracking at 5:17am at my place was the voice of a young rooster as he caught the light from the porch as I hoofed it out to the garage to start my trainer ride.
1:27 logged 3x15 minute at 95-100% FTP 1x6 minute at 95-100% FTP I really feel weak at the end of these trainer rides over 60'. It is more a mental struggle than a physical struggle though. I was struggling to hit 95% so I closed my eyes and started to count pedal strokes. when I opened my eyes 2 minutes later the legs were in a sustainable rhythm at 110% FTP. Breakfast is only okay. I cut open the cantaloupe-sized watermelon that sprung up unexpectedly from the compost pile. It was a nice treat but I was short on time so I didn't have time for a sitdown breakfast. Life, however, is super good!
Take care BT...
