Extreme Veteran 412 Fort Worth | Subject: RE: Post your current workout playlist You got to be kidding!!! I have a 1G Zen with all songs compressed to 48K. I don't even know how many songs I have. I just load them up and set it to shuffle. On a recent 3 hour run I don't think I heard one song played twice. That being said, I am finding myself working out more and more WITHOUT tunes. I just get tired of dealing with the headsets and wires. I am finding it peaceful to run without. |

Here is what I listen to in 5.2 miles this morning: "Collide" Howie Day; "Home" Michael Buble; "The Riddle" Five for Fighting; "Red Dirt Road" Brooks and Dunn; "Red Ragtop" Tim McGraw; "Concrete Angel" Martina McBride; "Goin' Gone" Kathy Mattea; "I'm Feeling You" Santana with Michelle Branch; "Over My Head (Cable Car)" The Fray; "Heads Carolina, Tails California" Jo Dee Messina; "How to Save a Life" The Fray; "You Took the Words Right Out of My Mouth" Meatloaf; "Drive" Alan Jackson; and last but not least "Time to Say Goodbye (Con Te Partiro)" Sarah Brightman with Andrea Bocelli. (I think that covers it.) |

Seriously dude, Mr Big? Right now I've got Basement Jaxx (Remedy and one other can't remember the name) on shuffle. "Where's Your Head At" gets me yelling on my runs. Expert 655 Denver | Subject: RE: Post your current workout playlist I've got a playlist where I alternate easy listening song with rock or hip hop. Rest periods when it's easy, and go harder when it's more up beat. Usually up beat stuff is limp bizkit or linkin park, slow casual stuff, U2 or Cold play. It's a good combo. |
