Subject: Annual December Swim challange, ANYONE???Last winter we had a pretty good swim challenge going on in December and January, anyone game for one this December too? Of course I need the motivation. I picked a Long Course tri for April 15th which is just 20 weeks away (man that's hard to believe) and want a better swim... -------------------------------------------------- December 05: http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=31286&start=71&posts=91 - Gamecock Wahoos, MidAtlantic Crabs, Team Utah and New England Pooltriots - 100%
- Florida Force - 94%
- Crazy Canucks - 92%
- Midwest Blizzards - 91.8%
- Carolina Curmudgeons - 78%

- Southwest Swashbucklers - 70%
- Texas Yeehaws - 66%
- Pacific Ring of Fire 55%
91 of the 113 participants (or 80.5%) met or exceeded their goals!! What a tremendous effort. You should congratulate yourselves. January 06: http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=33211&start=1 It's a BT Challenge first. Every team met it's goal! Tristars | 100% | Pooltriots | 100% | Canucks | 100% | Blizzard | 100% | Force | 100% |
Despite the Tristars lame attempts at smack and the unforgivably arrogant act of changing their avatars before an official ruling was made, I, in my capacity of Renee for this swim challenge, have decided to certify Pilotncommand172 as having met his goal. The point of the challenge was to swim, not to play 'gotcha'. There was no evidence of intent to defraud. He made a reasonable assumption that the totals displayed were for the units he was recording. Congratulations to all swimmers! Well done!... |
