Okay, its what we've all been waiting for! Sign up today and we'll throw in a free 3 pack, and just for joining we'll toss in a second 3 pack! That is 1 whole six pack people!

Sign up with your name and weekly goal - ie) 3 sessions / week ='s 12 /month

RULES:
1) Your workout needs to be posted for ALL to see! Workouts that include "situps, 20 reps" will not be counted. We are looking for WORKOUTS, this is an event of EFFORT, make sure you are working hard!

2) Trash talking is encouraged, just make sure to keep it in good fun! Most everyone on BT has a great sense of humor but think for a second about what you are posting. saling4, no more talk about my kilt, or I'll hit you with your purse

3) the most important rule - NO QUITTING! You are on a team, make sure you think about that BEFORE signing up. Everyone wants their team to win but if you slack off, it makes it tougher on them and kills their hard work!

4) If you go longer than 1 week with ZERO posts, I think a Team Captain has the power to boot you!

Take mesurements and pictures, believe me, it really hepls after 2-3 weeks!

We can clarify the rules later this week I think.

Questions: The training log has exercise for "Abs" and "Core." Are we allowed to pick exercises from both? And I noticed that "Core" has "Push ups." Does that mean I can count sets of push ups as an ab or core workout? (Which actually makes sense since push ups will work your core.)

If the answers to the above are "yes," then put me down for 2 sessions per week. Yeah, I'm being picky about exercise selection, but I have a back injury and any type of crunch/sit up movement aggravates it. However, core strengthening will help this injury so I plan to do mostly ab wheel roll outs, knee raises, and planks.

I should commit to three but let's play it safe and go with two per week (18 workouts for the challenge).

I'll take measurements tonight. For some reason I've been putting that off for a while...I wonder why..lol

Woohoo I'm in!  2.22.../week or 20 total for the two months (1 wo every 3 days).

Maybe we should define a Core "workout" as a minimum of 8-10 exercises per workout???

Ah, beer"s" as in plural vs "a" as in singular, big difference Wink.  I could use the change though, can't seem to drop the extra 5 lbs / inch off of my waistline!

I keep on trying to incorporate a core workout into my training but it never works out. I think this is exactly what I need to get me going.  I'm in for 3 workouts per week.
