G'morning everyone!!

I totally slept in way later than usual today and missed the swim start, but at least I'll be able to catch everyone coming out of the water. It's gonna be great day for all our BTers!!!! Thanks in advace, Fleeb, for all your updates, etc. throughout the day.

Wohoo! JohnnyKay had an AWESOME swim and was out of the water in 1:04. (His sister, who's not a BTer, was out in 1:11)! Some real IronStuds in that family!!

And, Shelly123, who broke her collarbone only 6 weeks ago, had a FANTASTIC swim - 1:03:51. She and JK may have run into each other at the wetsuit strippers .

No idea. Sorry. I only have audio...the video isn't coming through .

I would venture to say that JohnnyKay is wearing red, but I'm not sure.

She is amazing! I tried  my first swim on friday and lasted all of 15 mins.

Jk and his sister are just in a different league!

Go Bt'ers. I'm off to my boat for some R&R. I'll check in later.

This is so cool, thanks for all the updates.  This just made my day a little more enjoyable living vicariously through others. Does anybody else think that for an average those are some pretty darn fast swim times? Go B.T'ers.

When I asked my caoch about the draft factor in an ironman he told me that there is a actual whirlpool effect at Placid due to the fact that it is 2 loops andi n a lake.

Just got in from my run. JohnnyKay had an awesome split on the first loop of the bike. He's on pace to beat his bike goal. I think he's gonna have a strong second loop.

GO JOHN!!!!

JohnnyKay's studette sister posted a faster bike split for the first loop. It must've been interesting out there when they passed .

(Assuming she's passed him by now...he did have a few mins on her coming out of the water.)
