Subject: Swimming/Motion Sickness and how to deal?I know this has probably been asked before, but the search function keeps giving me an error code. So here it is.
On dry land, I tend to get motion sickness fairly easily. In the water, I usually (always ) leave the pool feeling crappy. In my first two sprint tri's, I remember leaving the water feeling so awful and disoriented. In my very first sprint, I spent 9 minutes at T1 just trying to feel good enough to move again.........
I have some of the Sea-Band wristbands I'll try today, but not sure how long they'll last in swimming conditions. I've heard of 'Scopalamine' (sp? ) as well.
What do you all recommend?? Thanks for any help! |
