B. multiply number A by your goal. C. Subtract number B from your goal. The last four days of this Challenge I have been flat-out sick, as in, not even able to walk down the street ill. So here is my example (for swimming): Swim Goal: 100,000m A. Days sick: 4/30 = 0.1333 B. Multiply 0.13 x 10,000m = 13,333 C. 100,000 - 13,000 = 86,667 (modified goal) |
