Last 4 of the week. That puts me at 109 for the month.

Now if I can just keep from getting sick. Daremo, stay away from the keyboard.

I'm at 91%. Getting close to my goal, should hit it, maybe with even a few extra miles to spare. Keep running LEMmings!

Did an ultra-quick loop through the neighborhood this morning before work. Puts me to 92.5%. 8-10 miles scheduled for tomorrow, so I should get there no problem. Keep going guys, were almost there.

Mission complete! Got in 9 this morning, to give me 102.9 to beat my goal of 100. I may get in a little more tomorrow since it's too cold to cycle. Or I may sleep in.

C'mon everyone - one more day. Let's get as much as we can.

OMG...I'm done.  First week of real IM training and I had to overdo it just to meet my Feb running total.  Legs are wasted especially since I threw in a lifting session yesterday.  I need a day off...

I did at least get out for something today.  Just 3.4, but it gave me an idea of where I am with this cold/flu.  182 for the month ... below goal, but better than nothing.

Great job everyone.

Okay... I'm at 79 miles now.. I've got a run tonight that will put me over my 80 mile goal... whew.. with the cold and all, I almost didn't make it.  I do feel a tinge of guilt for counting walking miles (even though it was allowed I wasn't going to do it), but this miserable sickness made me!

 Good job to everyone!

Hi guys. I'm going to have to pull out. My stomach has been playing up and I thought it would go away. >_< Turns out it's a bit of a stomach flu...

Hi Light_sabe_r!

I hope you are feeling better now. It looks like you may be, as I do see that you've been logging some short bike rides lately. Glad to hear it!

Since you declared your intention to drop out of the challenge on 2/24, I've revised your goal to 82% of your original amount, since you participated for that percentage of the month.

Reminder:

Please make sure you've logged your February training totals on the Google Spreadsheet by midnight tonight (your local time).

I will be compiling the results tomorrow morning, and announcing the FINAL TEAM STANDINGS!

This will determine the winner(s) of the February Challenge.... as well as those who will be displaying the losing Penalty Avatars.

If you have trouble using the Spreadsheet, please let your team captain know.

And remember, the March Biking Challenge starts today! There's still time to sign up, if you haven't done so already.

And to add salt to the wound ...... I will not be racing my marathon tomorrow because I've regressed and gotten worse again.

What a crappy month this has been.

Sorry to hear Rick. So, you put in all this training, and now you're not going to beat up your body with the actual race. Sounds to me like you're gonna kick some @ss up in Boston. I'll be heading up there with my running buds - I'll cheer you on too. (actually, I'll be up at IMLP also to sign up for '09. So the rule is, any race that I'm watching, you better smoke the course!)

Thanks for being a big part of the LEMmings team!

Walt

Yeah, but I'm not going to approach it any different than I already was, which is to have a nice enjoyable run and finish easy.

Today was my planned one shot at glory.  It didn't happen, so I'll just move on from my marathon running without ever breaking 3.  Oh well.

As much as I hate to do it, I've been trying to download one of those horrific avatars since we "lost" the challenge.  For some reason I can't get it to work.  I saved it on my computer and then tried changing my profile image.  No joy...where am I messing this up?

Computer illiterate in Japan of all places...  Frown
