Veteran 268 Randomly scattered in at least 3 states | Subject: RE: TAN # 84 - The TAN-somest Thread Ever Happy Birthday Meh! Morning everyone, it's time to make this TAN uncrawl. It's going to be a good day.... 2 hour commute in, no coffee until 10:30, an hour lesson on Amish funerals and I'm still in a chipper mood.... Now to spend several hours in database land and see if it persists. If it does, my wife had better look out when I get home.... |

And good morning everyone! I have my first race this weekend....and although I have been training hard for the swim....I have really slacked off on biking. I have mostly been doing the machines inside b/c I haven't had the time to take the bike somewhere.....but took it out this weekend and road a course that was really hilly....and I am sore as hell today! Hopefully it will wear off before this weekend. At least the race is at the beach and is a really flat course! good luck, you will have a blast, i'm sure!! where are you racing? Alabama Coastal in Gulf Shores, AL well that should be super flat and fast. swimming in the gulf will be nice. i want to do the santa rosa tri one year - my bff is getting married that weekend so this year is out. LOVE LOVE LOVE pcola/orange beach/gulf shores area |
