I just went and got injected with radioactive stuff and got pictures taken of my legs. Got to go back at 12:30 to get more pictures taken once the stuff has worked its way into my bones and soft tissue. It took me 40 minutes to get to my office from the radiology place (MAYBE 4 miles away?) b/c it's raining so that means that everyone in Virginia turns into a flipping moron. Here's one of my hands showing arthritic joints in the knuckles and slightly in the wrist. I think it's from rough sechs. The forearm planks are good and hurt less than the side planks. If you want another challenge, do the forearm planks and alternate lifting each foot slightly off the ground - works your bootay even more. |
