Got my long run done today!  It was pouring rain but that's ok.  It felt good.  I hope everyone enjoyed the weekend!  Cheers!

Well another Sunday is in the books and time for another weekly challenge update.... Drum roll please....

The Evil Elves are on the move and have worked their way into second; however, the leaders are still the Vixens Revisited!  Complete results are below....

There is still about a third of the month to go, so it is anyone's game still...  Get out there and get training!

Added 5 mile run this morning , 45F and brisk wind .

Don't give up on me! The Vixens are starting to get nervous about us. They don't like me in their thread, talking smack.We have to back up our claims. We need to finish this & finish strong!!!

Got over to the gym for a treadmill run today.  I'll update the spreadsheet later this week, but I'm pretty sure I'm 100% of plan by now.  Will do another gym run tomorrow and then probably nothing else until the weekend.
