Tomorrow we will be 61% into the month, and only 13 days left in the challenge! You can DO IT! Remember gang, run walks count... Challenge yourself to meet the month past % on Sunday evening of 65%. I DO NOT want a dancing Chicken or a Signature line saying I LOST THE JANUARY CHALLENGE. We started off great so I know if everyone just looks back and sees their training they will get back with it. WE can all do it we proved that in Week 1 so lets finish this las bit off of the month STRONG and win this thing we can do it. The only team that can beat us is our own and lets not have that happen. |

I am in god shape - with what I have done as of today - 69% and what I will have done after tomorrow mornings double brick (somwhere around 75%) I will make the goal easily. |
