I know I never do really make any sense but does it really matter? See look at that last sentence really no point or direction to it at all. So I think I will try and get in and do my swim tomorrow morning. As I hope to bike Sat and run Sunday. Gotta keep my Scrambled legs moving.

Alrighty, here are the standings so far along. Tomorrow we will be 61% into the month, and only 13 days left in the challenge!

You can DO IT! Remember gang, run walks count... Challenge yourself to meet the month past % on Sunday evening of 65%. YOU CAN DO IT!

Let's Go Scrambled LEGS we are falling behind the month percentage done and percentage to goal. Time to refocus and get this done. I DO NOT want a dancing Chicken or a Signature line saying I LOST THE JANUARY CHALLENGE. We started off great so I know if everyone just looks back and sees their training they will get back with it. WE can all do it we proved that in Week 1 so lets finish this las bit off of the month STRONG and win this thing we can do it. The only team that can beat us is our own and lets not have that happen.

I am in god shape - with what I have done as of today - 69% and what I will have done after tomorrow mornings double brick (somwhere around 75%)  I will make the goal easily.

I have had my baseball team try and get rid of me cause I would always freak out on them. Running has actually tamed my competitiveness as I know I will never win a race or anything so it has helped me that way.
