Does this sound right to any of the locals? not a local but i almost wet my pants last year when I woke up in my tent and the sun looked like it was half way up in the sky and I was to meet my volunteer coordinator at 7:45 and I was 30 min away from CDA. Turned out to be like 10 til 5 am. |

I've been planting mini-aid stations all afternoon around the course Feel free to join us, all I ask is you kick in a few bucks for the supplies and be on time so we aren't waiting for you. |

Some of my best race performances have been during or after an IM training cycle. Keep up the great running. Just got back from my run. I also just realized that I just ran 53 miles in the last 6 days. Holy hell that seems amazing since a little over a year ago I was 50 pounds heavier with no interest in working out. |
