Not sure what I'll come up with tonight for a workout, but I WILL do something

I am sick and I don't like getting sick and I don't get sick very often so when I do get sick I'm not very tough  (How was that for a run-on sentence)

Hope everyone has a peachy election day

Got my peach pre vote today.  Went to Master's Swim at 5:30 am and straight to vote.  Took me an hour from standing in line, to registration, to vote.  Voted at a church near my house and they were passing coffee, bagels and pastrys to everyone in line.  Pretty nice if you ask me!

Hope everyone else got their peach and voted too.

"Peaches come in a can, they were put there by a man in a factory downtown...." Really cannot get that song outta my head...

Anyway, had a Peachy day, did a 2hr ride in the hills and later a 5k run while the kids were at karate. Carry on my fellow fruits!

It's already Wednesday here, but I couldn't post yesterday. Too busy, too tired. It was my son's eighth birthday and we had guests (Der). No real training for me-my husband would have given me a good ole frowning. But I did some stretching and massage of my niggly right calf. It feels way better today but...my son is now home from school with a cold! Grrr. I'd better be able to get to my tri club swim session tonight!!!

I got my Wednesday peach. I went to my local Tri club swim training and I swam 3100 ridiculous metres. My arms are now falling off!

Seems a bit of overkill seeing as my first race for the season has a swim distance of 150m. Do you think I'll be ok?

Amazing swim!  You'll do great in the race if you can get your arms stuck back on

I did yoga this morning for my peach -- that's hard work!

Wow, great job PEACHES!!!  New members, people inspiring eachother....fantastic!!

A sign of peach obsession.....this morning our power was out for 15 minutes (no clue why) so I did my abs workout and stretching by candlelight!  It was actually really nice, I may do it again just for the heck of it.

Go peach!

It felt wrong when I read this. We have water restrictions here..have the last few years due to the low water levels in our damns. Then I realized that you don't live in Australia (I'm actually not completely stupid...really!). I'm very jealous that sound soooo nice>

Hi Peachy kids! I had a fantastic day... very odd warm weather continues and I rode to the tune of 97k. Now for a looong hot shower, I'm glad we have no water restrictions here!!

BTW I know non tri training also counts for a peach box but for this challenge do you count in ALL stuff for the minutes or only count tri stuff for the minutes. Wondering where to include my yoga! Thanks!

We are supposed to have strong thunderstorms this evening, so I'll probably try for a trainer ride.  Still sick, so maybe I'll sweat it out while riding.

Love the pic ok kitty getting into the candy.  Our cat has figured out how to flip a piece out of the bowl with his paw and bat it around until it ends up under a piece of furniture. Argh!

Stay peachy!

I'm so nervous but I'm heading out to the pool for Masters swim tonight. Everybody is so fast it really pushes me. And I'm in the slowest lane. We circle swim. Up to six in a lane. Usually four. But still it pushes me. Hope I can keep up...think good thoughts everybody. Yikes!

It was a really loooong, extremely hot shower!!! Ahh, but what would you need  a hot shower for..you live in the land of the sun and get to cycle year round!! Lucky! What is the coldest it gets in Melbourne??
