Ok.  I just got back from 81 miles.  It was one of the toughest rides I have ever done.  I did do Sierra Hill which was really tough.  I think it was the highest assent in the Tour of Calfornia this year.  It really sucked--as we had grades which were probably 18%.

Happy Memorial Day!

I forgot to post the week 3 results yesterday, so here's where we are:

  1. Tabasco: 88.23%
  2. Quintana Roo: 80.69
  3. Puebla: 61.25%

Team Tabasco has held the front spot for three weeks now. Time to run them down!

The challenge ends on May 31. Please have your results onto the spreadsheet by noon on June 1st. I will announce the final standing shorter after.

Looks like our team is kicking some booty!

I got in a 4.5 mile run in between storms today. I am already at 100% for the run part, but tomorrow I will get in the last of my swim and we will see how the bike goes as I really don't want to do it on the trainer but the forcast shows nothing but rain, so we'll see.

I got my swim in this morning and now only have 8 small miles to finish off my bike portion, probably will do that later this week.

I have a long run planned for tomorrow, if I can stand the boredom again! Might be time to download some new tunes!
