I have a Polar RS400 and I would like to program the sessions in but it seems quite complicated to program - I have yet to use the training program feature until now. Does anyone have any experience using the Polar training program feature and how to program say the week 1 training session, without having to re-enter every 30" session in the program ? that's like 33 steps to the training session - there has to be an easier way ! I'm assuming i can enter in a 30" session at say 90% max hr, followed by 30" at 70%, then repeat both 5x. its the repeat 5x that i can't figure out. I can find a way to repeat one 30" session 5x, but not how to repeat 2 sessions 5x. (don't worry about my 90% of max levels as being correct/incorrect, they are just for illustrative purposes ) TIA and good luck to all. |
